Stunning 3-bedroom property in the heart of Finnieston. As location goes there are not many better spots. The property is bright, and spacious and has been furnished with guests comfort in mind. The property is 2 mins walk to Kelvingrove Park, 5 minutes to Kelvingrove Museum and less than 10 minute's walk to Glasgow University. There are cafes, bars, and restaurants all within 2 minute walk. There are Sainsbury's and Tesco just 2 minute walk away. The Hydro and SEC are walkable in 15 minutes.
The Space:
This bright and spacious second-floor flat is set within a traditional Glasgow tenement and combines classic charm with modern upgrades. All three bedrooms are generously sized, featuring comfortable beds, ample storage, and a cosy yet stylish interior refreshed in February 2025 with the guidance of an interior designer to create a warm, relaxing retreat for guests.
The bathroom, fully renovated in March 2025, boasts a sleek and modern finish with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by a dining area perfect for shared breakfasts or evening dinners. There is a Nespresso machine for those looking for a morning caffeine hit.
The heart of the home is the large, light-filled living room, with a bright bay window, plush seating, and a 55-inch smart TV with a full Sky packageâideal for a relaxing night in. Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all rooms and amenities. Check-in details, including access instructions and key collection, will be shared in advance via our electronic guidebook link to ensure a smooth arrival.
Guest Note: On-street parking is available but metered from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a maximum stay of 3 hours during these times. Outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends, parking is free of charge.
