Récemment tous remodelés et magnifiquement mis à jour, ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain est idéalement situé pour les restaurants et les magasins. Plage de sable blanc, piscine, courts de tennis. Cuisine bien équipée, le maître a un lit king avec salle de bain et petit balcon. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Tirez le canapé et 2 lit pliant pour MAX 6 personnes. Chaises de plage, parasols et voiturettes de plage pour une promenade facile sur le chemin de la plage. Emplacement spectaculaire pour des vacances en famille, une escapade romantique ou une location saisonnière pour échapper au froid du nord.

Christmas Holmes Beach

Our family had a great time staying at Susan’s condo. Susan really cares that you enjoy your stay and time on the island. She also is very knowledgeable about things to do should you have any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wow!! What an amazing stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to this condo! The host has thought of every detail to make your vacation wonderful. We really appreciated her communication and her going the extra mile to be a help. We can’t wait to come back to AMI and stay in this place. Wonderful

My wife and I visited Anna Maria Island for the first time and were quite impressed-nice beaches, excellent restaurants. The condo was lovely, in a great location and did not lack for anything; there is even a storage bin for the unit with any beach item that one would need. Susan, the owner, deserves a special shout out. She was genuine in her desire that we have a pleasant visit and her recommendations for restaurants and things to do was much appreciated. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Condo that has everything

This condo had everything you would need or want. The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of beach items, plenty of blankets, etc. Lots of little details that made our stay comfy and cozy.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This property was amazing! The location couldn't be better for daily walks on the beach and fun in the sun. Susan was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. With two teenage boys, having the trolley, bikes, and fishing equipment was also a huge plus!

Beautifully decorated condo with every amenity needed for a long stay! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. On the beach with limited water views from living room.

Made our trip to Anna Maria 2 times better.:):)

The apartment was so wonderful it was clean, well prepared for our 2 week stay and made us enjoy our first time at the island much better. I would definitely put this at a 10/10. Susan provided us with a list that had all the wonderful popular restaurants, beaches and much more for us to do on the island. Best vacation ever!!! Would definitely be back soon :):)

Beautiful unit, great location

It's a beautiful, recently updated unit, right on a very nice section of beach. The place was stocked with pretty much anything you could need and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Another fabulous trip to our favorite vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with anything you could possibly need in a vacation home. Susan was very helpful and communicated well and takes great pride in her vacation rental property. The price was very fair for the location and would definitely work with her again in the future.

10 days on Anna Maria Island

Enjoyed 10 sunny days on the beach and this charming apartment. Excellent location - 2 minute walking to the ocean, can see ocean from the master bedroom and from living room. Loved amenities and fully stocked storage with all you need on the beach. Easy checking/checkout, got all needed information from Susan, the owner of this place. Perfect stay!

Great place on Holmes Beach

This roomy unit has everything you could possibly need on vacation. Everything seemed brand new, from the stainless steel appliances to the full size washer and dryer. Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated. Sun Plaza West is right on Holmes Beach so no streets to cross. The storage unit had multiple chairs, umbrellas, wagon and much more for the beach. The owner is super easy to work with and communicated often to make sure we were happy with everything.

We LOVED this condo....Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and steps away from the ocean.

This was our first time on AMI and we loved everything about our stay. Susan was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating both before and during our stay. The condo was complete with everything anyone would need for their beach getaway. The beach accessories -chairs, tent and umbrellas were very handy. Everyone at the condo unit was extremely helpful and friendly - very family oriented. We have stayed in several different condos over the years and this one was by far our favorite. Susan went above and beyond to help make our stay the best!! We look forward to enjoying this beautiful condo with our family in the future and making more precious memories on AMI.

Hands down..BEST vacation EVER!!

This was one of the best vacations we have EVER had! Susan has provided a beautiful condo with attention to every detail! The condo is beautifully furnished, spacious, perfectly located and complete with everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation! Susan wholeheartedly wants you to have the best vacation possible! All of her favorite eating and shopping spots were perfect! We loved each one!! They are now my favorite places too! We absolutely fel in love with Anna Maria Island and will be coming back for years to come! How blessed we were to find Susan, who cares and loves her property so much, and is willing to share it with others!

The condo was very beautiful. Everything was new and updated. We would highly recommend!

We spent a week in this condo and were very pleased with everything. The condo is beautifully decorated and is newly updated. The kitchen was great and owner had all the dishes/cookware we needed. Owner also supplied things like coolers to take to the beach - which we used often. Furniture was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room in the condo - we had 4 people. Owner had awesome things we could use to take to the beach (condo complex is right on the beach). We enjoyed this daily - cart, canopy tent, chairs, umbrellas and more. We had the best set up on the beach. If you haven’t been to Anna Maria island the beaches are amazing. Definitely the best part of our vacation. Ocean was so warm and beautiful , beach is white soft sand. Staying at the condo was a perfect location for easy access to the beach. Also, there are restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance to condo. Susan, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Condo complex has a nice pool - we used it many times during our stay. Parking was easy - under the condo. We would highly recommend this property to others! We would love to return again.

Beautiful Property

We had a great stay at Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful beach and pool. It was immaculate when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Of particular note, the owner has provided great beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and a beach cart to get it all to the beach. It made our stay so enjoyable to have that available. Susan is great to work with and was always available to us throughout the stay. Thank you!

Perfect in every way!!

I would highly recommend staying in this lovely condo. It has everything...location, convenience, style, updates, comfort, ease, ...It is beautifully decorated , everything new and clean and comfy!! Absolutely gorgeous place!

Fantastic place to stay! Gorgeously remodeled condo with beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Just a few short steps away from the white sand beach. All the beach chairs you need! My husband and I had everything we needed and it was just walking distance from some fun restaurants or you can take the trolly. Perfect getaway for two. Plus the owner was extremely helpful. I highly, highly recommend staying here! :)

Awesome renovation! Great location on the beach!

Beautifully renovated condo with all your possible needs considered. The beds and pillows are all brand new and very comfortable. The tile colors are warm and inviting and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need including quality cookware. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to the beach. Speaking of beach, it is great to just walk down the corridor and be right on the beach. I always love the beach here with the endless walks and beautiful white sand with the sea oats. We found the unit convenient to walk to a few restaurants and local favorites. We enjoy the Sand Bar for sunset and a delicious dinner. New places we liked (a little too much) were the Small Town Creamery and Doctor's Office Bar. Also make time to have fresh hot donuts at The Donut Experiment. The complex is only a couple of blocks from a marina if you decide to bring your boat. Our favorite restaurant is a bit of a drive, but worth it - The Dry Dock in Long Boat Key has a wonderful menu and nice ambiance. Renting this condo will become an annual event for us. The owner is easy to work with and extremely responsive. Thanks so much for sharing your island home with us!!

We all currently live in Lafayette Indiana but love to visit the island whenever we get the chance. Three generations of our family now vacations here, and we are proud to share our GEM with others who wish to escape to a Florida without high rises and chain stores. Come visit us and fall in love with the Island just like we did over 45 years ago!
