Austrian Village Apartment

We offer a second floor modern very spacious two bedroom apartment, situated in a residential building in the heart of the picturesque village of St. Gilgen.
With nearby parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator but the stairs are easily managed by all our clients, both young and old.
The apartment has a private full length balcony with stunning uninterrupted views of the Steinklüft, Fürberg and Schafberg mountains.
The apartment features a large double bedroom, a second 'single' bedroom, each with spacious wardrobe storage and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for a family & includes an oven, hob, micro-wave, fridge with freezer compartment & a dishwasher. With kettle, toaster, full range of crockery and cutlery and a store/pantry.
The very spacious lounge has two sofas, a dining area and access onto the balcony. It is equipped with 40" wide screen TV showing Austrian/German Digital Cable channels (includes some English, French, Russian and other language channels and sport channels).
We also have an additional streaming facility for more English language TV shows and movies, including Netflix, (since Brexit we are currently unable to access UK TV channels, BBC, ITV, Etc.). DVD Player (plays all regions) with a selection of DVDs, & portable radio/cassette/CD player. The master bedroom also has a media friendly TV with built in DVD player and streaming facility. As we do not know your specific taste in movies or music, we do recommend that you bring your favourite music CD's and movie DVD's. NB the DVD player does not play Blu-ray.
There is also a large selection of games, jigsaws and books available (in German and English etc.). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The bathroom has a sink, bath with shower over, and there is a separate WC.
Within the building there is a utility room with Miele washing machine and drier (washing machine and dryer are both coin operated - pay to use) all available in the communal 1st floor utility area. Please note these machines are outside of our control and we have no liability for their operation or defects resulting from their use.
The apartment building is situated in the centre of the village, off the side of the famous Mozartplatz and its highly decorated buildings including the world famous Rathouse. Immediately opposite the building is a fabulous bakery which serves breakfasts and snacks, and the local ski-hire shop and a bicycle hire shop.
On the doorstep there are a range of restaurants, bars, shops. The library, post office, the lake, cable car to the Zwölferhorn, bus station and many other amenities are only a few minutes away.We also provide extensive amounts of information about the apartment, the village, and the surrounding areas in booklets and brochures in the apartment.
