The town hall is within walking distance. The Wilhelmshöhe with its impressive mountain park, the castle and of course the Hercules, the landmark of Kassel, are easily accessible. If you want to go on foot, by tram or with e-bikes, you can rent them from us.

With a bit of luck you can also see a few raccoons sitting in the trees. The little bears are very common in Kassel. That's why Kassel is also known as the "raccoon capital".

The Kurhessen Therme is also located here and offers pure relaxation. There is a small privately run zoo nearby for the little ones.

Run a lap in the "Tannenwäldchen", a large park that starts right next to the accommodation and offers various "get fit" equipment.

You can quickly reach Friedrich Ebert Straße, which runs parallel, by tram. The nightlife is raging here with its clubs, bars and small theaters. One street below is Wilhelmhöher Allee, the former boulevard of the Elector of Kassel, at the end of which Hercules looks out over the city.

Centrally located near most of Kassel's attractions and very safe opposite the city center.
