Beautifully renovated terraced duplex with garden, one minute from Ore train station
2 Spacious Bedrooms, Large full bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen & garden.
The space is brand new & recently renovated, it’s stylish, modern, ultra clean and offers as many home comforts to make guests stay as cosy as possible.
The duplex is on the ground floor after going down 8 steps
The property offers a brand new bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath, LED heated mirror with all the comforts needed! (Shower gel & towels provided for each stay)
2 large double sized rooms ensures up to 4 guests sleeps comfortably on quality bedding and black out curtains. The apartment is kept ultra clean and it’s cleaned professionally after each stay.
It is a duplex on the ground floor but you will need to go down 8 steps to get to the front door, bedrooms are upstairs.
There is superfast fibre WiFi available, tea, coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen tap is a volcanic water filter tap, so you can rest assured on the best quality of water if you forget to pop to the shop!
There is a host of amazing restaurants, bars and Cafes nearby with a 5 minute drive to the seafront, you also have Alexandra park lake and woodland moments away. Be sure to check out our Guidebook on recommendation places to visit & eat.
Across from the apartment, 1 minute walk away is Ore station so getting around couldn’t be easier.
Parking is free and it’s on road public parking, but when arriving later in the afternoon these can fill up and it might take a bit longer to find parking, however most guests unload luggage in front of the apartment and then go park.
The property has a 50 inch Samsung 4K TV, wireless charging pad in the lounge for your iPhone/Android and every small detail you could think of is provided. Hair dryer, USB/C plugs, washer/dryer, dishwasher even some board games..!
The property offers an enclosed garden for catching a few rays when the sun is available
You are 20 minutes walk/5 minute drive from the beach, Hastings old town & lots of other attractions.
