Venez passer vos vacances plongée en apnée, plongée ou simplement vous détendre sur les plus belles plages de St. Croix! Sunset Villa est un condo de 1 200 pieds carrés, 1 BD / 1BA en bord de mer qui a été entiÚrement rénové au printemps 2017 pour inclure une toute nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain. L'unité dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles tout au long pour inclure un beau nouveau lit king size avec matelas premium et deux canapés-lits pour votre confort supplémentaire. La toute nouvelle cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour votre plaisir culinaire ainsi qu'un grill situé dans le kiosque à proximité. L'unité est bien aménagée pour répondre à tous vos besoins, y compris le cùble, le WiFi et la stéréo, les draps, les serviettes de plage, les chaises de plage, le parasol, les glaciÚres et 2 ensembles d'équipements de plongée en apnée pour plonger dans les meilleurs champs d'éponges et récifs de l'ßle!

Harbor Beach Village Condominiums se trouve à environ 30 mÚtres de l'océan des Caraïbes sur une plage de sable blanc! Il est situé à un mile au sud de la ville pittoresque de Frederiksted. La ville accueille tous les navires de croisiÚre qui viennent à St. Croix. Vous trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques et la vie nocturne à distance de marche! Harbor Beach Village est une communauté fermée de trois acres de 18 unités. La communauté de trois acres est clÎturée car elle réside sur une péninsule et n'est qu'une des deux structures situées le long de la plage de 7 miles. Sandy Point National Nature Preserve est à une courte distance de marche de 0,34 mile au sud de Harbor Beach Village! Sandy Point a été présenté dans la scÚne finale du film "Shawshank Redemption".

La propriété possÚde un magnifique kiosque avec un grill pour les repas en plein air, ainsi qu'un hamac pour passer votre journée si vous le souhaitez! La propriété dispose également d'une grande piscine d'eau salée et d'un kiosque avec des tables et des chaises longues.

Sunset Villa est située au premier étage du complexe et le bùtiment le plus proche de l'entrée de la plage. L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans la buanderie. C'est là que se trouvent vos flotteurs, chaises de plage et équipement de plongée en apnée!

La rĂ©gion propose de l'Ă©quitation dans la forĂȘt tropicale et la plage, des excursions au coucher du soleil en voilier, de la plongĂ©e sous-marine et avec tuba, des locations de jet ski et d'autres activitĂ©s nautiques Ă  moins de 2 Ă  3 miles de l'unitĂ©. L'Ăźle offre plus de 35 plages ouvertes au public.

Host was responsive. Gave us a discount on our stay since we stayed 13 days. Amenities were okay. Would have loved air conditioning throughout the entire house, but understand the culture isn’t like that on St Croix.

Perfect place for a perfect stay

Location was perfect for us as we love to snorkel. The beach right in front of the condo and at the pier were the best for snorkeling. The place felt like a home. The crosswinds were perfect so we never needed to use the AC.

I’d highly recommend this rental. The views are immaculate, easy of access to the beach is the easiest one could ask for. The beach was perfect mix of pure sand and big rocks to break the waves and provide a peaceful spot to sit on the beach. Including all the beautiful fish and sea turtles just 10 feet from the balcony. Very clean inside and working utilities. Just have to deal with one A/C in the bedroom but works excellent if you follow instructions. Neighbors staying in other units were very nice and could provide great information if they’re regulars. Also a special thanks to Betsy the caretaker who treated us very nice and gave us some of the best fruits ever to enjoy! On top of helping us with our shower curtain rod which broke and was fixed within the day. *all pictures were taken at the rental*

A wonderful place to call home for our 8-day stay. All communications and coordination were fantastic — with both Renee and Betsy. The condo provided a comfortable, clean and perfectly located basecamp from which to explore St Croix. The large lanai with its ocean view and retractable screen gave us front row seats to some of the most gorgeous sunsets! The pool was clean and well maintained and has a great ocean view. All the neighbors as well as Bob — the HBV caretaker were warm and friendly. It’s only 5 minutes to downtown Frederiksted and the pier where there are great restaurants and activities. We SCUBA dove with Nep2une dive shop — highly recommended (thanks Betsy for the referral!). Overall we had a most enjoyable stay and are looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future!

This beachfront condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. We made several visits to the swimming pool. The is nothing in the world like falling asleep to the sound of the sea outside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach side condo

We enjoyed the beach out the window day and night. The flow through breeze felt amazing. The sunset and sunrise is visible over the water. The only complaint is the sheets were slightly too small for the bed so they came off very easily. Some of the best snorkeling on island was just out the window. The host provided great snorkeling gear. One of the best beaches on island is right there but it is only open on Sat and Sunday in the Winter. We loved our stay and found it a great romantic get away.

Great condo in Fredricksted

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa. It’s quiet, laidback atmosphere is exactly what we wanted. Renee, the owner, was easy to work with from booking through checkout. Mark, the property manager, lives on site was helpful and informative. This lovely condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, and nicely decorated. It’s updated and we loved the lanai with its beautiful view of the sea. Sandy Point Beach and Dorsch Beach are gorgeous and nearby. Fredricksted is a quaint, small town with a few nice restaurants near the pier. We enjoyed the seafood at Cibone’ and our sunset cruise, Lyric sails, was outstanding!!!! The people of St. Croix are friendly and we hope to return to this beautiful island. Thanks, Renee ,for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Location for everything!

The location of the condo was perfect and easy access to Fredericksted and the highway to Christianstead. The complex was very quiet with a very quiet beach front, perfect to enjoy morning coffee on the gallery, or dinner at night. It was nicely decorated and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The reason for the 4 star (accuracy of listing) is because the beachfront by the condo is a rocky shore. The full sand beach entry is at least 100 yards in either direction, with a sandy/rocky entry about 50 yards away. It is a beautiful beach, though. The west end of the island is shielded from seaweed and offers several beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling very close by. Rainbow beach was awesome. Renee was very quick to answer any questions before and after we arrived, and very helpful with dining and activity suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great choice on St. Croix's West End.

C100 is a beautiful condo on the first level of Harbour Beach Village. Owner, Renee, has decorated, furnished, and outfitted the living area completely and tastefully. Everything needed, and more, was available for our 2 week stay. The location on the west end is quiet, secluded, yet close to town, with fantastic snorkeling, beach walking, and hiking just out the door. You have to get used to the screened galley and the constant sound of the ocean just a few feet away, along with the only A/C in the bedroom. Both added to the beauty of the living area---sound, views, fresh air, morning coffee watching birds and dolphin, evening sunsets with a Cruzan and Coke. The grounds were beautifully cared-for, along with the hammock, swing, covered patio, and great pool--Thanks to on-site property managers, Mark & Kim. This was our 6th stay on St. Croix, always on the West End, and Sunset Villa was a great choice.

An Amazing 14 Days in Paradise

This location is a gem. To wake up every morning looking West out of the large window at the beautiful Caribbean is a wonderful site. The first two mornings we had a full rainbow. Looking North you can see Frederiksted and the pier where cruise ships pull in (3 different ones came in while we were there). Downtown Frederiksted gets very active when the ships are in. Looking South you can see Sandy Point, which you can walk to on the beautiful sandy beach. The pool at Harbour Beach Villa is pristine. I thoroughly enjoyed laying out and taking a dip every day. And to experience some of the best snorkeling all you have to do is go through the gate and walk about about 20 feet. How amazing is that. Every evening you will experience the most awesome sunsets you've ever seen just by looking out the large window at Sunset Villa. Last, but not least, Renee and Victor ensure their guests have the most rewarding experience possible. They have thought of everything necessary for their renters to have an awesome vacation at Sunset Villa. We are already booked for 2020.

Lovely stay!

Spacious condo, right on the beach in well-kept, gated community. Nicely furnished, VERY well supplied kitchen and bath. Lots of beach supplies also - towels, chairs, snorkels, even sunscreen and bug repellent. Pool was lovely. Beach was rocky right in front of condo, but GREAT for snorkeling. Bring water shoes. There are sandy beaches within walking distance (although after the weekend, we found them to be somewhat littered - evidently this is common all over St. Croix). Condo still has some minor storm damage, but overall very comfortable. Be aware that AC is only in bedroom (but it is very effective - evidently central AC isn't a "thing" in St. Croix.) The rest of the condo had ceiling fans. At any other time of year, this would have been perfect. We picked the hottest week of the year to visit. Renee (owner) was wonderful - patient, responsive, and accommodating. Mark, the property caretaker, was excellent. Debi, from the homeowner's association, was also readily available and approachable. We had a lovely week, and would gladly come back here.

Wonderful St Croix Condo

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, ocean facing, and spacious! Loved the sound of the waves! Renee was very responsive and helpful when our travel dates changed! Betsy helped us when we had a problem with the washer. She came down at 9pm to help us! Our stay there was amazing. We went snorkeling right in front of our condo!! We will stay again!

Absolute Paradise in St. Croix!

Our stay at this oceanside condo in St. Croix was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the soothing sound of waves and the breathtaking view of the Caribbean right outside our door. The location is unbeatable — we were steps away from incredible snorkeling adventures each day. The water was clear, calm, and full of vibrant sea life!What really made this place special, though, was the warm community and the attentive caretaker, Bob. He was helpful, kind, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The interaction and communication with the owner was prompt and perfect. The residents were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed island vibe that made it so easy to unwind.This condo is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and recover from the busyness of life. Every morning started with ocean breezes and every evening ended with stunning sunsets. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay in St Croix

Condo is right on the water's edge with a great view of all the blue colors you could hope for. Rental is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Owner went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. All of the neighbors we met during our stay were wonderful.

Great experience from start to finish — Renee is so helpful and responsive, and her place is exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for a few days on the beach was ready for us when we arrived. The views are stunning and it was so lovely to feel like we were on the beach even when relaxing in the condo. Will likely be back!

A place where doing nothing is everything

Let me explain my title. We have always felt that St. Croix was in fact a place where doing nothing is everything meaning the island has a magical pull a place where if you don’t want to do anything other than sit in a chair on the beach all day then that is enough. Sunset Villa is this place! With the amazing views that the lanai offers to the spacious living area. Creatively decorated with local art and splashes of color throughout, Sunset Villa offers all the amenities and more! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is a huge plus especially on days when the sea gets a little rough to swim in. Long walks

Long walk on beach to Sandy Point is uncrowded and great. Snorkeling is OK but care is needed to find a safe place to get in and out over the rocks. Property is neat clean and well cared for.

I fell in love with St Croix in the 1998 on a cruise! Returning in 2016 to HBV, there was a condo for sale and knew this was the place to be! We want to be able to share our home and home that others will come to love it as much as we do! 💕

We fell in love with St. Croix and Harbour Beach Village! When the opportunity came available to live 30 yards off the ocean, we took it! We have renovated our home with love! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

The West side of the island is host to the best diving and snorkeling on the island! All of the diving companies bring their clients to our waters! You are close to fantastic shopping and a host of other activities such as jet ski rentals, horseback riding in the rain forest and the famous Frederiksted pier!
