Allanhead is a pretty and spacious Galloway cottage with stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Facing westwards across Wigtown Bay towards the Isle of Man and the Isle of Whithorn, it has the added benefit of spectacular sunsets - viewing such spectacle is a memorable way to end a day spent in this picturesque and largely untouched area of Scotland where people are few and far between and sites of interest and activity never far away.
