The Space:
Zwem & Zen has a cozy, spacious and bright living, kitchen and dining area. This space is ideal for relaxing and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and large windows giving you an immediate view of Zwem & Zen's large balcony. Whether you want to spend a day exploring Nieuwpoort or just want to use the facilities of the recreational area of Sailor's Park or spend a day at the beach, apartment Zwem & Zen has it all!

The kitchen is an open space. There are lots of amenities available; including a dishwasher, colorful SMEG refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. Everything is there to make your own delicious meals.

The balcony of Zwem & Zen is spacious and equipped with furniture. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun!

Apartment Zwem & Zen has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds. All beds have quality bedding for a comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet is provided in the hallway.

During your stay at Zwem & Zen, you can park your car in the complex's underground parking lot. This is included in the rental price.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
