Our house offers a tranquil atmosphere with the convienience of being only 1 kilometer from the vibrant heart of Zakynthos Town. Ideal for families or small groups, this charming house features 2 bedrooms, which are designed for comfort with luxurious king-size beds and with cozy furnishings and plenty of natural light and 1 bathroom,which is well-appointed, offering all the essentials for your stay. A spacious living room with a sofa bed is perfect for additional guests or relaxation with a flat-screen TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare meals at your leisure, complete with modern appliances.
Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the beautiful Ionian surroundings, this house provides a serene and comfortable base for your holiday.

There is also an environmental fee of 8 €/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.


The Location
Our house is fully new and below is located our famous Tavern called Anteti,which operates for the last two decades,where you can have a discount.
It is located at Kipoi,which is a picturesque area near the town of Zakynthos. The term "Kipoi" typically refers to lush gardens or orchards, which is fitting since this area is known for its green, tranquil environment. The town of Zakynthos itself is a vibrant mix of Venetian, Byzantine, and modern Greek architecture, offering a blend of historical sites, charming streets, and a lively port.
Kipoi is located a short distance outside the main town, and it's often associated with peaceful landscapes, olive groves, and traditional rural settings. It's a great spot for visitors looking to escape the busier parts of Zakynthos Town and enjoy some quiet time in nature, while still being close enough to the town's amenities and attractions.
