If you are arriving by car, please note that the apartment is in a central urban zone:



Street Parking: There are plenty of public blue-zone spaces along the streets near the apartment (typically limited to a 2-hour parking duration).



All-Day Parking Option: If you need long-term parking, we have an outdoor parking space nearby available to rent for CHF 25/day (subject to availability). Please contact us in advance to reserve it!



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor in a trendy neighbourhood, which may result in some noise disturbance. If you are looking for a very quiet environment, this accommodation may not be the right choice for you.



All windows are fitted with external metal blinds that can be fully closed for privacy and security. You can adjust the ventilation depending on how tightly the blinds are closed. Guests can feel secure and safe with this system and can leave the windows open without concern.



Luggage storage is available for early arrivals at CHF 25 until 5:00 p.m., subject to availability. As the storage facility is rented separately from our landlord and not all guests require this service, luggage storage is offered as an optional add-on rather than being included in the accommodation rate. Guests who wish to use this service are kindly requested to contact us in advance so that availability can be confirmed.



Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.



Note: Any evidence of smoking inside the premises will result in additional deep-cleaning charges.



Please note that there is no TV in the apartment.
