The living room has a turning radius of at least 150 cm and is furnished with a sitting area, television, CD and DVD player. The open kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table in the dining area is at least 70 cm high and is wheelchair accessible.
There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has two single beds with double soft-top mattresses with space to place a high/low bed. There is a turning radius of at least 150 cm. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is also a raised toilet with brackets.
