Luna Nieuwpoort is located in the beautiful recreational complex “Sailors Park” a short distance from the beach and from the centre. In other words, it is perfectly located to explore the area. Luna Nieuwpoort is brand new and features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has 3 terraces! Furthermore, during your stay you can also use the heated outdoor pool and its sun loungers. For a fee, you can also enjoy the wellness (sauna, jacuzzi, ...).

The Space:
This completely new stylishly decorated apartment is a wonderful seaside retreat.

Upon entering, you will find the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is bright white with a tiled green accent wall. Equipped with modern appliances and all cooking utensils, you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay.

The living room features a large sofa that can accommodate all guests, a flat-screen TV and matching cozy decoration accessories. From the dining and living room, you have direct access to Luna Nieuwpoort's largest terrace. This is equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace!

There are two spacious bedrooms in Luna Nieuwpoort. Both have a comfortable double bed, quality linen and are both stylishly decorated. There is a terrace attached to each bedroom.

In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet is provided in the hallway of the apartment.

From the living room you have access to the apartment's storage room. There you will find a washing machine, dryer and iron.

During your stay in Luna Nieuwpoort, you can park your car in the underground parking of the complex. This is included in the rental price.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
