A ground floor apartment that has been lovingly and eclectically decorated in a mid-century modern style by the part-time resident owners. This means you'll be staying in a proper home that is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in a stylish, newly-renovated space that exudes vintage chic.
In the main living area, this apartment features a luxuriously comfortable, four-seater sofa in a cosy TV space. There is a spacious dining area with a six-seater dining table next to a full kitchen with a sociable island and marble worktops. The all-new appliances include a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, and washer/dryer plus the kitchen offers plenty of high qualtity cookware and lots of prep space - a real cookâs dream!
The cosy bedroom features a new, king-size bed (160Ă200), a beautiful vintage dresser and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a large, deep bath with a powerful shower and stylish gold fittings. For your comfort the living space and bedrooms both have air conditioning units that cool in summer and heat in winter.
The unique gem of this apartment is its enchanting and colourful garden. The spacious and quirkily decorated terrace allows you to workout, enjoy a yoga or meditation session, or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee listening to birdsong, bathed in sunlight. At night, the garden becomes truly magical when lit by atmospheric fairy lights for al fresco dining.
Stepping away from the calmness of the apartment you find yourself in Porto's bustling city center, just minutes from BolĂŁo metro, Portoâs recently revamped food market and Santa Catarina shopping street with its famous historical, blue-tiled church. This location is unbeatable with most of Porto's wonderful sites, old city, restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance while staying in a part of the city that is easy to navigate and still feels very authentic with true Porto charm.
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
It is a self-check-in by default, if you would rather an in person check-in, We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15âŹ
After 10 pm: 25âŹ
After 1am: 50âŹ
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
