Lovely apartment in the center of Ryd, near Linköping University

A warm welcome to my cosy and inviting apartment. The apartment are rented out to everyone. I have many years of experience from the hotel industry. I always trying to help my guests in the best possible way with anything you need to make your trip as great as possible or simply to get a good night's sleep.

Super nice apartment in Ryd, Linköping. Perfect location with many restaurants and beautiful parks outside the door. Close to to the Old Town and Linköping University. The apartment has lovely big windows, big dinner table, Tv, cozy sofas and many things that is lovely after a day in town.

Balcony is a dream to enjoy evening sun with beautiful view and electric barbecue. This well planned flat is well suited for small families, business or an exclusive stay by yourself.

The bedroom is furnished and has a large bed (bed linen and pillows included), chest of drawers, office chair, curtains and a desk. The living room is furnished with a single bed for one person, three comfortable sofas, dresser, bookshelf, floor lamp, curtains, office chair, TV and a guitar.

The apartment has a furnished balcony in a quiet area. Since I love cooking, I have everything you need to prepare a really good lunch and a luxurious dessert. There is also a single bed in the hall that can accommodate one person.

It takes a 3 min walk to Ryd center, where there are restaurants, shops, health center, postal agent, gas station and much more. By bike it takes 7 minutes to the university and 14 minutes to Linköping center. The bus stop is two minutes from the apartment, there are several buses that go every 15 minutes to the center, Tornby, Lambohov and Skäggetorp.

The apartment is 60 m2 and you have access to all rooms in the apartment. That is, for the living room, the hall, the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining area, the balcony and the laundry room.

There is also the possibility of own parking with advance booking if you intend to park there for your entire stay.
