Villa Wellspacher offers quietly located apartments in Semmering, 2 km from the ZauberbergâSemmering Ski Area. Apartments come with free Wi-Fi and a shared terrace and large windows offering fantastic views of the Schneeberg and Sonnwendstein Mountains.
Modern apartment with high ceilings and large windows offering excellent views of the surroundings.
A fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a living and dining area are provided in all apartments at Villa Wellspacher. Private bathrooms come with a bath, shower and bathroom amenities.
A car port is available and is free of charge. You can relax in the large garden and store and dry ski equipment on site.
The centre of Semmering is less than a 10-minute drive away where restaurants, shops and other amenities can be found. Semmeringâs Train Station is a 20-minute walk away and the Golf Club is 6 km away.

Villa Wellspacher is quietly located in the Schneebergblick Siedlung (Snow Mountain View Settlement/Neighbourhood) on Semmering, the nearest ski resort to Vienna (90km) and enjoys beautiful surroundings of nature and breath-taking views of both the Schneeberg and Sonnwendstein mountains.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Villa Wellspacher shares a rich history with Semmering and the surrounding area. The property upon which Villa Wellspacher is constructed was bought by a Factory owner in Schottwien named Wellspacher, on which he had the house erected in the late 1800s. It was constructed in the famous Villa Architecture of those days by the same architect which designed the chapel located on the high street on Semmering, which could easily be observed by the similar design of the roof. The house can be read up on in the book âVillenarchitektur am Semmeringâ, which was written by GĂŒnther Buchinger and published in 2006 and a painting of it can be found in the Alte Leopoldsapotheke located on Plankengasse near the Dorotheum (Auction house est. 1707) in Vienna. Formerly known as the Vecaj Villa (pronounced ve-chai), a name that it had acquired during the years it was operated and run as a Healing water institution in the early 1900s by a Hungarian Doctor of that name, the house was completely reconstructed in 2009 offering a modern yet historic option.
The beauty of this accommodation is its private nature, where you will have the luxury of your own private space, ideal for families or a couple of friends/couples traveling together. Villa Wellspacher offers 2 luxury apartments, Apartment Schneebergblick and Apartment Sonnwendstein, named after the mountains they overlook. Each one consists of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/lounge, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The Apartment Schneebergblick (Snow Mountain View) is located on the first floor and features an amazing panoramic view of the area. It can be extended by use of additional Bedrooms and 1 additional Bathroom. Apartment Sonnwendstein overlooks the Sonnwendstein mountain and being located on the ground floor of the original building, features high ceilings and is located just off the reception/lobby, radiating luxury and elegance. There is a shared terrace and large garden to enjoy and equipment can be stored on-site.
