The apartment has a large living-room area with a small dedicated homeoffice spot included if you need to have a laptop space but don't want to miss out on the family holiday cheers. The large dinning room table seats 6 people so you are ready to entertain. A small compact kitchen area has all the necessary utilities you are looking for.
There are 2 bedrooms with each a separate bathroom with shower. Urban Floor is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. There is a small terrace in the back and a small balcony in the front. Lots of light throughout the whole apartment make this a very comfortable place to stay. To top it off, the apartment comes with a private parking included in the price.

#HOTEL SERVICE#

Beds made with quality bedding from Belgian soil, namely the Witte Lietaer provided per guest.
If more beds have to be made than the number of guests foreseen, please let us know in advance.
Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest.
One large and one small towel per stay off less than 7 days.

Welcome pack:
- There is a Nespresso/Senseo or Dolce Gusto machine and some capsules
provided during your stay.
- Bath products such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
- A kitchen package: Olive oil, pepper & salt, hand washing detergent, dishwashing liquid,
2 kitchen towels, kitchen cloth and a kitchen sponge, garbage bag and
dishwasher tablets.
