The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a large living room equipped with a large dining table for 6 people and an open kitchen.
The living room is enriched by a very comfortable sofa and a large 4K LCD TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking.
From the living room, you can access a first terrace which offers a view of Monte Pelmo and extends along the entire western facade of the building, guaranteeing sunshine until sunset. An accessible bathroom with a shower is located along the corridor.
In the sleeping area, there is a spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and private bathroom with shower, as well as a second double bedroom. From the corridor, there is also access to a third bedroom, which has two bunk beds and a comfortable wardrobe.
The two double bedrooms offer access to a second spacious terrace, overlooking the Dolomite cycle path and Mount Antelao.
In the spacious bathroom accessible from the corridor there is a retractable washing machine.
The property also includes a cellar located in the basement, useful for storing bicycles, skis and snowboards.
