Hillside is a fabulous modern Cotswold holiday home which sleeps four guests, in two spacious bedrooms, with a shower room. This ground floor accommodation has been thoughtfully decorated with colourful pieces and modern features, making it a true home from home. There is a stylish kitchen, a contemporary, cosy living room and a delightful garden room with views onto the fields beyond. Hillside is a perfect and peaceful setting for a relaxing break in the Cotswolds, benefitting from its great location for visiting the marvellous town of Cheltenham.

Lovely bungalow, beautiful location

Hillside was an ideal place to stay, we felt at home and there was everything we needed. It was lovely to have Cleeve Hill directly at the back of the bungalow, providing a beautiful view and easy access to walks on the doorstep. We can recommend the local pub, the Apple Tree where we had Sunday lunch. Overall, we had a lovely weekend.

A welcome short break in the Cotswolds

Hillside was a warm, very clean home with all you would need for a self catering holiday. We enjoyed our breakfast in the conservatory each morning whilst watching the sheep walking in a line across the hill. Fabulous views after climbing the hill behind the bungalow.

Very clean

We stayed 6 nights here and the bungalow was very clean. Incredibly peaceful location despite being an easy walk into Bishops Cleeve for cafes and shops. Easy walk to the local pub which has a restaurant too. Both bedrooms are large doubles and therefore this accommodation would suit 4 adults easily. Off street parking and a driveway makes this suitable for 2 couples to stay. We would stay here again.

Quality space inside and outside

Well located for visiting the Cotswolds, e.g. gardens. Great place, well designed, very spacious, large nice garden bordering on green hill. Several "corners" to sit. Quite modern. Good sofas, bed, TV etc. No complaints, we can wholeheartedly recommend. The booking process and support seems almost a bit overdone (many separate emails).

Perfectly peaceful

Hillside was very easy to find and was the perfect location for travelling to Cheltenham and Winchcombe. The house is located in a very peaceful cul-de-sac. The house was spotless, the rooms are very spacious and the view from the kitchen window out on to the hills was lovely, despite the drizzly rain! An added bonus was being a 2 minute walk from a family-friendly pub. Hillside is a great place to stay with children and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other families.

A week in Hillside Gardens.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A super spacious property . The furnishings really trendy and comfortable. A lovely lounge with access to the sunny conservatory and large garden. The kitchen was extremely well fitted with everything you could want. The shower room modern with power shower. Two very large and comfortable bedrooms both provided with multi electrical sockets. A real privilege to have stayed here and highly recommended.

Winter stay in Cotswolds

I really appreciated the space and quietness of this property. Located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with many country walks literally on the doorstep. It is a great base for the beautiful surrounding area. The property itself offers what you might need when you stay. The Kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The shower is really good, there is comfortable bed(s) and the large garden is a lovely asset. I will also add that I feel the property would be good for people with disabilities (there is a small threshold to step over to access the property.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet area

Lovely stay at Hillside. Great size rooms, extremely clean and very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we think could be done differently is some comfier sofas and some curtains up in the lounge just to make it feel more cosy. Apart from that it was perfect and we will visit again. Thank you.

Superb accommodation in the most wonderful setting

Please don't be fooled into thinking Hillside is a bungalow on an estate because this is rural living at it's best - all the access to the beauty of the Gloucestershire countryside right at the bottom of the garden and easy, quick access to the fabulous towns and villages of the Cotswolds. The setting of this bungalow just couldn't be better. This is a superb light and bright property, set on the lower slopes of Cleeve Hill with a lovely south facing garden and views up onto Cleeve Hill. With access to miles of beautiful walks offering stunning panoramic views of glorious countryside with views on a clear day all the way to the Brecon Beacons and the Shropshire Hills with very little effort walking out behind the bungalow, courtesy of a footpath alongside the property next door. The iconic ridge of the Malverns creates a stunning foil for glorious pink, white and gold sunsets easily visible from the lower slopes of the hill, stretching above the bungalow - I'd highly recommend taking a picnic blanket with you to sit and enjoy the spectacle. It'll be one of those holiday moments you never forget. You really feel in the heart of the Cotswold countryside, but with all the modernity, light, space and ease of functionality that doesn't often come with a quintessential country cottage. The owners are wonderful, the Agency superb and we couldn't recommend our experience more highly. Honestly, we didn't want to leave!
