Welcome to The Chancery, A true home from home.
This recently refurbished and beautifully styled terraced house is located within walking distance to the city centre and Principality Stadium.
At our property, you will find everything you need for a perfect staycation or if you're staying for work, you will benefit from the closeness to the City but with a quiet space to work from home, if needed.
This really is a beautiful, tranquil space, with all that you need for that perfect stay!
We are on hand 24/7 to help with anything you might need during your stay.
The Chancery offers you both comfort and style. The open plan living/dining room is very inviting with its colourful soft furnishings and comfortable velvet 3 seater sofa and matching armchair. The living room has a wall mounted Smart tv, coffee table and an Alexa sound system.
The solid wood dining room table seats up to 6 people and is a comfortable space for you to enjoy at meal times.
The fully fitted kitchen is a good size with an integrated dishwasher, a washing machine and double American fridge along with all the glasses, dishes and utensils you should need.
There is a small downstairs WC and a large family sized bathroom on the 1st floor with a shower over a bath.
The property boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 with double bed, 1 with smaller double bed and 1 large loft bedroom with 2 twin beds, all with the best quality linen which is professionally cleaned and rooms with modern decor. We accept a maximum of 6 guests.
There is a courtyard garden to the rear of the property with a garden table & chairs and also includes the use of a sun parasol.
The property is professionally cleaned to Covid Standards
The property is only a short walk to the main City Centre and very close to bus stops which will take you straight into the City Centre in under 10 minutes.
There is free on street parking if travelling by car with visitor permit parking for 1 car per booking.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure that our property is looked after when it is vacant we have CCTV at the front of our house overlooking the driveway.
Please note that there is no CCTV anywhere inside the property.
As stated this house is strictly not for parties and although we do not want to spoil your fun it is important for us to mention that if more people arrive at the property than expected they will be either charged an extra person fee or respectfully an politely asked to leave.
We may require a refundable security deposit - if you are new to Airbnb or you have no reviews, we may require a £500 refundable security deposit for your stay. We will always inform you at the earliest convenience if this is something that we will require.
