The guests are allowed everywhere in the property, except the garage, the loft and the back shed.
The guest will be using a self check in method, but we will be available to help in case needed.
Kidlington is a large village in Oxfordshire, England, between the River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal, 5 miles north of Oxford and 7 miles south-west of Bicester. The population is around 13,723. It is a lively village in its own right, with plenty of services and amenities, including a sports centre, independent shops, larger supermarkets and a small market held on the High Street on Fridays and Saturdays.
Kidlington is a strange mix of extremely expensive and posh houses, such as those along Mill Street, and nasty 70s housing estate houses. On the whole it's a pretty safe town.
Oxford Zoo was a zoo in Kidlington, just north of the city of Oxford in Oxfordshire, England. It was opened in 1931 and closed in 1937. Animals at the zoo included an American brown bear, a bison, a camel, an elephant, two leopards, three lions, two llamas, two polar bears, and wolves.
It has as many 18th-century Georgian buildings as modern houses. Until the Enclosure acts in 1818, a large area south of the village was unenclosed common land and the village widely known as Kidlington-on-the-Green. The land was built up as Garden City just before the Second World War.

For those looking to explore the city, there are several nearby bus stops with direct routes to Oxford City Centre. Additionally, you're only 1.5 miles from Oxford Parkway Train Station, offering fast and direct connections to Bicester and London Marylebone.

We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To maintain a positive experience for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following rules:
1. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check in and late checkout (up to max 2 hours) may be possible, but with prior arrangement only, and there is an extra charge of £15 per hour to pay.
2. Maximum Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the listing description and in your reservation. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host and appropriate fees paid in advance.
3. Noise:
- Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially at our quiet hours between 10 pm to 8am on weekdays and 11pm to 9 am on weekends.
- Parties or events may be allowed at an extra charge, but only with explicit permission from the host.
4. Smoking:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed unless with prior approval from the host.
- If approved, an additional cleaning fee / Pet fee will be charged.
6. Cleanliness:
- Please keep the space clean and tidy during your stay and dispose of rubbish in designated bins.
- Shoes are NOT allowed on the carpet.
7. Damages:
- Any damages caused to the property or its contents must be reported immediately to the host.
- Guests will be held responsible for any significant damage caused during their stay.
8. Security:
- Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises.
- There are CCTV cameras at the front and side of the property, and by accepting the rules, you give your consent for them to remain operational during your stay.
9. Amenities:
- Any missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
10. Parking:
- Please park all of you cars on the driveway and not on the street.
- Guests are responsible for any parking violations or fines incurred during their stay.
11. Electric Cars
- Charging electric cars are allowed only with prior arrangement and there is a fee of £30 per night.
12. Communication:
- Inform us promptly of any issues or concerns that may arise during your stay, and provide us with evidence of any issues for our consideration. Issues raised after departure may not be considered for compensation.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or termination of your reservation.
