The space at Orme View - appropriately named as from Llanfairfechan, you can look out towards some of the amazing sites in North Wales, such as the Great Orme in Llandudno, as well as Ynys Mon and Puffin Island.
A split-level maisonette apartment designed for a couple or small group of up to 4, the lounge at the front of the building has exceptional bay views from the small balcony. The beach, promenade, and plenty of open green space are on the doorstep, the sailing club and café are close by, and the pub and shops just a short walk up into the village. Inside, you have all the basic mod cons such as a smart TV and Wi-Fi.
There is a kitchen-diner, just off the living area on the first floor, which is perfect for preparing breakfasts or cooking meals. For outdoor explorers who like walking or hiking, this is the perfect space as the coastal path passes less than 100 yds from the door.
Orme View is the larger of two maisonette-style apartments spread out over two floors, in an exceptional position close to the beach at Llanfairfechan. Just like the other apartment in the duplex, what strikes you about Orme View is the location, which is positioned near to the amazing promenade in Llanfairfechan village in North Wales. It’s location allows for great walks and spectacular views just a few yards from the front door, and a wonderful, relaxing stay in a space that’s perfect for a couple or small family.
Heading downstairs, you will find spacious double bedroom with kingsize bed, and a second twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom which is also found on the ground floor. To make the most of Orme View as a truly self-contained space, there is a fully fitted kitchen which facilities include an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Off-road parking for one car is included at this property.
There is also a one bedroom apartment available to let in same building (Puffin View) which sleeps up to 2 people.
If you like your seaside with a peaceful, period twist you’ll love Llanfairfechan. It’s a small Victorian resort that – in common with Llandudno across the bay – remains true to its roots. There’s a prom fronting a wide stretch of low-tide sands plus a range of retro facilities that include a boating lake and bowling green. And, as well as those traditional time-honoured ‘beside the sea’ pleasures Llanfairfechan is also popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers.
