Boasting its very own outdoor oasis, Villa Telchini features a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden, barbeque facilities and comfortable outdoor seating. With stunning views for as far as the eye can see, and an outdoor dining terrace, here you can enjoy an alfresco meal while marvelling the sun set.
To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled, with a path over the grass to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 98cm wide, and the ensuite door is 86cm wide.
