Situated in the breathtaking seaside town of Gordonâs Bay, Zaria Sun
Family accommodation offers stylish, self-catering luxury. This
spacious apartment, situated on the first floor, is the perfect choice
for those seeking a private and tailored experience, with each level
available as a separate short-term rental. The apartment features three
bedrooms with en-suites, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a
double bed, and the final bedroom offers two single beds that can
easily be converted into a king-size bed if needed.
The main living areas consist of a large open-plan lounge, dining room,
and fully-equipped kitchen, all facing the sea for spectacular views.
The living area also features an indoor braai and bar area, perfect for
entertaining regardless of the weather. With breathtaking ocean views
and classically sophisticated decor, you might just be tempted to
extend your stay at Zaria Sun Family.
Gordonâs Bay is unique as the only place in South Africa to boast two
fully operational harbours. The seaside town is ideal for both
relaxation and adventure, offering a variety of activities for the
whole family. Whether you're exploring restaurants, shopping malls,
scenic walks and trails, or participating in sporting events, there's
something for everyone.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 Chapman Avenue
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
