San Marino 15 offers the ideal accommodation for a self-catering
vacation in Ballito, 700 m from Thompson's Bay Beach and 1.1 km from
Salt Rock Beach.
Thanks to its fully functional kitchen, cosy living area with a TV, and
everything else you could possibly need for a self-catering stay, this
modern apartment is the ideal place to unwind after a hard day. The
living area has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning
coffee in the sunshine while taking in the breathtaking beach scenery.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in this penthouse, providing
ample room for a large family or group of friends on holiday. To make
your stay memorable and pleasant, the bedrooms are roomy, have a sleek,
modern feel, and are fully furnished with air conditioning, built-in
cupboards, towels, and linens. 15 San Marino is situated on the 3rd
floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs, as no lift is
available.
After a long day, arriving home to this lovely penthouse will be a
delight, whether you decide to spend your time relaxing indoors,
playing golf at one of three nearby courses, or taking in other
neighbourhood's attractions.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
15 San Marino is situated on the 3rd floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs, as no lift is available.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at: San Marino Apartments, 60 Ocean Drive, Shakas Rock.
