This lovely apartment, just a few blocks away from the well-known Canal
Walk Shopping Center, exudes charm, comfort, and leisure. It is the
ideal fusion of classy real estate, a stunning aesthetic, and urban
living.
With a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen and space for up to four people
at the round dining table, this cosy, modern apartment has everything
you need for a self-catering stay. The apartment is equipped with an
inverter for the TV as well as the internet, to support uninterrupted
electricity. It also includes a stylish, open-concept living room with
a comfortable couch and TV where you can unwind after a long day of
exploring the area. A beautiful balcony that is accessible through the
living area allows guests to enjoy the serene view the area has to
offer. The apartment has one stylish, relaxing bedroom with a wonderful
bathroom that includes a shower. The apartment is also equipped with an
inverter to support uninterrupted electricity.
With everything within walking distance, you can rest assured in a
beautifully furnished apartment situated in a 24/7 secured building.
With various restaurants within walking distance, safe parking, and all
the conveniences this 15-minute city has to offer, everything is at
your fingertips.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet in the reception area, which is situated at 4 Conference Lane, Bridgewater Precinct, Century City
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
