We provide TWO private covered car parks. There will be a covered pedestrian linkage to each tower and facilities within the residence.
5-min walking distance to lakeside jogging track.

Guest access
The facilities offered at Camellia Residence are good and satisfying. These include swimming pool for adults and children, a children playground, a gymnasium, outdoor barbecue area (need pre-booking), viewing deck and a prayer room.

The residence is guarded with 3-tiers security with 24-hour patrolling service and smart card access required at entrance guard house, lobby and lift.

In order to provide greater privacy and security, there are limited entry points with perimeter fencing and CCTV surveillance link to the guard house.
Guests can access all amenities within the apartment.

Other things to note
Guest who books the house will be entertain as visitor of Camellia Residence. Thus, guest need to register as visitor using E-Visitor Pass (given by host) at the security guard before entering the gated residence.

Host will make up the room according to the number of confirm guest. Please sincerely declare the exact number of guests entering the home.

Make sure you keep all the time the security access card with you for entering all the facilities at 2nd Floor, including main lobby & lift access.

Precautions during your stay, and house rules:

~ Extra changes of RM50/hour for early check-in and late check-out
~ Lost Access card will be charged RM200/pcs
~ Items property missing
~ No heavy cooking
~ No eat durian, mangosteen and red fleshed dragon fruits inside the house
~ No party, liquor or drug abuse
~ No pets
~ ⁠No smoking & Vaping
Guest shall incur a penalty of RM300 per incident.

** If any heavy messy or dirt is discovered, an additional cleaning fee will be chargeable
