Our newly built Olive Hill Villa is located on top of a small hill overlooking the impressive bay, 4.7 km from the sandy beach of the seaside village Panormos, surrounded by Olive trees in between pure nature and with a tremendous all-round view of the sea and Olive Plants. It is the perfect place to have a wonderful vacation, as quiet as you like and with all the luxury needed to relax and enjoy. Our place is a perfect starting point to explore the island t of Crete with all the beautiful beaches, villages, ancient sites and sports activities.
You will be spoiled by the calm environment and with every breath you take, you will absorb the atmosphere of the surrounding nature and sea. The choice of colors, the private atmosphere of each room, and the selection of furniture offer a pleasantly warm and cheerful atmosphere.

As soon as you get out of bed in the morning, your pool, next to your bedroom, offers itself for a refreshing dip.
The spacious outdoor areas with a 17 meters long pool (6,50 Χ 17,30 ), outdoor shower, comfortable daybeds, lounge area, and large dining area with an outdoor kitchen give you the feeling of being in a luxury hotel.
In the house, the spacious living room with a view of the sea and pool area an open kitchen and a very nice, comfortable seating area.
This villa has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor with their own bathroom.
High-quality linens, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and TVs are provided in all rooms.
The kitchen has appliances and is perfectly equipped for large groups.
At the lower floor, there is a playroom with play station and billiard, full bathroom and a double sofa bed.

Our Villa is located in Aggeliana Village, Aggeliana is a village in the prefecture of Rethymno, located 22 km far from Rethymno on the road leading to Perama and Fish Village Parnormo.
At an altitude of just 90 meters, Aggeliana is one of the most famous lowland villages of Crete. Near the village Aggeliana there is a mythical cave telling the story of a hunter trying to find partridges. In the village of Aggeliana you will find traditional taverns and cafés.
The supermarket of Aggeliana Village is located in a walking distance (600 meters) from the Villa.
Two closests taverns are 500 meters and 1200 meters away from the property.
Everything you need (pharmacy, health care center, supermarkets, etc.) you will find it in 2.5 km in Perama Village.
Seaside Panormo Village with a sandy beach, taverns, shops etc is only 5 km away.

During your stay in Crete, it is highly recommended to hire a car for easy access throughout the island.
