Double patio doors from the lounge lead to a spacious covered terrace, featuring a rustic wooden farmhouse table for al fresco dining, overlooking the pool area.

The villa accommodates eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, each adorned with attractive hardwood floors and equipped with a private bathroom. All bedrooms open onto a balcony or into the garden, enhancing the connection with the surrounding natural beauty. Situated approximately 15 minutes from the historic town of Ponte de Lima, renowned for its charm and the iconic bridge of Lima, the villa effortlessly combines tranquillity, stunning views, and proximity to local amenities.

The two-story villa is thoughtfully designed, with the lower floor hosting a spacious cinema room, twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and a sauna room with an adjacent shower. The upper floor features an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, fully equipped with modern amenities and opening onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and front garden.

Adjacent to the main house, a large built-in barbecue area beckons for outdoor gatherings. The exterior also includes a stone-walled garden, a paved courtyard, and a shaded vegetable garden near the pool. A private parking space adds convenience to the overall experience.

Amenities abound, including a private heat-able pool, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, iron facilities, table tennis, cinema room, PS3 console, sat-TV, DVD player, and a barbecue, ensuring a comfortable and entertaining stay for up to eight guests.
