Located in the peaceful little village of Salsburgh between Glasgow and Edinburgh, this two bedroom property is ideal for a family or groups visiting the central belt for work or leisure. This property has been fully fitted with amenities, including a bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms and two singles in the other, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is parking outside and even a front and back garden to enjoy if the weather's nice!
Stayed here with my daughter for a few days. It's an older house that has many newer upgrades. Bathroom is nice. Kitchen appliances are new. Hall carpet needs replacement. The kitchen contained minimal kitchenware-plates, utensils, glasses, mugs and some pots. However, there were no other basics needed to prepare meals. No oven trays or baking containers. No sharp knives except for a bread knife. There is a kettle but no coffee press or other means to brew coffee. There is a Tesco superstore about 15 minutes drive away but little in the way of restaurants. I liked the location because I did not want to stay in a larger city like Glasgow or Edinburgh and the drive to either was only about 30 minutes. Just park in a car park and take the tram or subway into the city. I feel the 95.00 cleaning fee is excessive.
