I want you to feel the luxury of living in a Penthouse without feeling intimidated, so I made it clean, cozy and complete with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Maximum occupants: 6-8 people ONLY (kids/infants are counted under the max occupancy as per building standard)

We will not let you stay in our property if we find that you are more than the max. occupancy. We have the right to cancel the reservation without refund. Kindly comply for smooth check in :)

Our nightly rates are based on the number of people that are staying. We have a “basic” rate to accommodate smaller group (4 and below) and bigger rate for 5 and above. The larger the group, the bigger cost consumption in our property. We will also prepare the unit & give toiletries based on the final number of guests. Kindly log the final number of guests in our booking options.

We will also collect P1,000 security deposit upon check in that we will return after check out. Our caretaker will do rounds in the unit first then will return it via cash or online transfer. Whatever you prefer.

1 Master Bedroom with Queen Size bed and en suite toilet and bath for privacy. 2nd Bedroom has 3 double bed with dedicated workspace and a spacious toilet and bath. Both rooms has its own air condition and cabinets for all your stuff.

Living area has a big cozy couch with a 55” Smart Android TV where you can indulge in your favorite series on Disney+. Connect using our free 100 mbps wifi and local telephone line that you can use for food deliveries, too!

Our dining table is extendable! It can be extended from 4 to 8 seater dining area. We have a bench and 2 dining chairs in place and 4 more stackable stools for a bigger feast.

We also believe in quiet moments and getting lost in a good book. We have a selection of books you can also enjoy while sitting on our big balcony or our comfy couch while sipping your favorite hot drink with the Laguna de Bay as the background,

Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning system but most guests love opening our balcony doors to complement with the cool breeze of Tagaytay.

Kitchen & Dining: Indulge in our intimate kitchen space equipped with cooking essentials (electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, various cookwares and utensils) for your delectable labors of love. Our dining area comes complete with dining cutlery good for all the guests (plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives).

T&B: 2 toilet and bathrooms equipped with water heaters to make you feel relaxed on a busy day. We provide towels and basic toiletries for your convenience, at no extra charge. :)

We invite you to keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials like brooms, dust pan, and mop, can be used to tidy up when you need to.
