Benefits from its central location in Bristol, our apartment provides guests with a vibrant urban environment, easy access to attractions, ample shopping opportunities, and a diverse dining scene.

The living room features two large sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with your loved ones and a large French window that lets in ample fresh air and natural light.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, including a French press, allowing guests to enjoy freshly brewed coffee's aromatic and full-bodied experience.

There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The first bedroom has a comfortable sofa and a dedicated work desk, providing a versatile space for relaxation or productivity.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The washing machine in the apartment is a combination washer and dryer, providing the convenience of both washing and drying your laundry in one efficient unit.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are CoHost Partners, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Bristol Central neighbourhood is a bustling and vibrant area located in the heart of Bristol. It is known for its rich history, diverse culture, and lively atmosphere. The streets are lined with various architectural styles, ranging from historic buildings to modern structures, creating an exciting and visually appealing landscape. The neighbourhood has multiple shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, offering various shopping and dining options. From independent stores to well-known brands, there is something for everyone's taste.

Bristol Central is also renowned for its thriving arts and music scene, with numerous art galleries, theatres, and live music venues scattered throughout the area. The neighbourhood is a hub for cultural events and festivals, attracting residents and visitors. Additionally, Bristol Central is well-connected with excellent transportation links, making exploring other parts of the city and beyond easy. The property is within walking distance of a bus stop and train station. There are also private hire services like Bolt available to download and use in Bristol:

• Cabot Circus and Bristol City Centre are 0.2 miles or 4 min walk away.
• College Green is 6 miles or 12 minutes walk.
• Clifton is 3.1 miles or 16 minutes walk.
• Bristol Temple Meads is the central train station in Bristol and is 1.3 miles or 14 minutes walk.
• Bristol International Airport is 9.3 miles or 28 minutes drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
