The apartment layout is nice and convenient. It is close to many amenities such restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc⊠Very convenient. The manager Emil is wonderful and very responsive. The few issues we found have mostly to do with cleanliness. The apartment is not well cleaned. The bathroom are not well cleaned and fixtures are old. Towels not clean. On our first day we found a green lezard crawling on the wall. I have to call the security guy to remove it. One of the bathroom doors cannot close properly. Water will spill out when you shower. Next to the property there is a trash dumpster that bring nad smell when being operated. The pool does not look clean either. No coffee maker if you like brewed coffee lime me.
I am originally from Tanzania, but I have lived in London for over 25 years. I enjoy networking and meeting new people from all over the world, as I do travel a lot and visited a lot of countries, I enjoy exploring new areas in all cities so hosting also gives me that opportunity of been in different places.
I enjoy this area because it is the heart of Mikocheni, palm village is next door, restaurants and local food places around, Msasani beach less than 2 minutes walk away you can enjoy the breeze through out the day, the beach is filled with water sports such as jet skis, or ride a horse through the water.
this property makes you feel home away form home, very relaxing garden and view pool from above on the balcony is something you can't get over, it is surrounded by local restaurants serving Swahili cuisines, and other types of restaurants from different cultures
