A spectacular property, which truly is one of a kind in this city. Located in the heart of Liverpool - this apartment offers pure luxury with its own private entrance. Beautifully designed & exceptionally spacious, it will sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. 50" Smart 4K TV's in both bedrooms, a huge 55" in living area as well as 3 bathrooms and a farmhouse style dining area.
The Space:
There are two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, 50" TV's and built in designer wardrobes. A huge living area with 3 luxury Chesterfield sofas, a plush blue velvet sofa bed and a 55" Smart television offers a perfect place to relax. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and also a huge dining table - perfect for home cooking and socialising.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment has it's own private entrance on a quiet road so this is perfect for guests looking for a relaxed stay and no bothering from neighbours.
Getting Around:
Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! If you wish to venture further afield there are plenty of transport links in the city centre with Lime Street train station and Liverpool One bus station all a short stroll away.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
