Villa Armoni, meaning Harmony in Turkish, is a luxury relaxing villa and lives up to its name.
The villa is conveniently located in Kalamar Bay and offers sensational sea views that you expect on this peninsula.
This brand-new 3 bedroom property has huge wow factor! It’s exquisitely furnished in a contemporary style with many African artifacts.
The entry for Villa Armoni is on the first floor and the hallway provides access to the stairs down to the groundfloor and the master double bedroom with it's own breath-taking sea view, leading out to the first jacuzzi suitable for 2 people.
On the ground floor there is a double and twin bedroom both with patio doors that lead out onto the veranda and water feature area with it's own bar area. From this floor you can relax in the lower jacuzzi suitable for 4 people. The excellent addition to this floor is the sauna and mini Turkish bath. What a way to finish a day in the sun - in the sauna!
Moving up to the first floor, you will be delighted with the superb view of Kalamar Bay from the bright open plan living/dining room and the stunningly modern kitchen. There is the option to just sit and while away the day on the balcony just outside the dining area.
The roof terrace is where you are bound to spend most of your time because this is where you will find your swimming pool! With super comfy double sunbeds complete with pillows, shade can be sought by using the canopy’s if required, or take a late afternoon G&T in the privacy of the roof terrace on the cosy chairs. For your convenience there is a WC and a kitchenette that has a fridge, hob and sink on this floor too.
Kalkan Town is a 20 minute walk from Villa Armoni and Kalamar Beach Club is just 5 minutes walk away.
