To the right of the courtyard, the entrance to the villa beckons. The open-plan interior unfolds into a seamlessly connected living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an enchanting decorative fireplace. Positioned at the side of this space, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom share a family bathroom featuring a shower and a petite bath. Both bedrooms offer access to the terrace, with the unmatched vista of the expansive sea through elevated atriums.
On the outside left of the main entrance, a self-contained studio awaits, offering a double bed, a kitchenette, and a modern shower/WC, the same as an inviting retreat for those seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Stepping through a narrow corridor to the pool terrace at the courtyard level, guests encounter a superb stone-built barbecue, next to a stone-built arch resembling a sealed bar.
