Unforgettable experience in this luxurious and spacious penthouse, spanning 2 floors with breathtaking views from 3 balconies, including back-up power.
Located in the tranquil Island club, 5 mins walk to Cape towns largest shopping center with 100's of shops and resturants. This unique penthouse is the only unit on the top floor and enjoys a breathtaking 360 deg view of cape town, table mountain, the atlantic ocean, and the canal with magical sunsets and much more.

The space
The entrance of the apartment consists of a modern and newly fitted kitchen, with a bright and refreshing view. This leads on to a spacious open plan dining and lounge area.
Behind the lounge is the first bedroom, which features a comfortable Queen size bed, that folds into the wall, allowing the space to be used as a dedicated and private office. Ideal for Digital Nomads or those working from home. There is also a large balcony with a dining table just off the lounge
The second bedroom consists of two single beds, and has an en suit bathroom. This bathroom also has a second door which serves as a guest bathroom.
The master bedroom is one floor up and is the highlight of the penthouse . It is built in a circular dome, offering breathtaking 360 degree views, including two large balconies which wrap around the dome. There is a freestanding bath, allowing you to relax with views streching to the Atlantic ocean. There is also an en suite bathroom with an additional shower.
The Island club features, two pools, one outdoor (in a landscaped garden) and another heated indoor pool with a gym. There is also a jungle gym play area for kids. Every amenity is at your doorstep and the city center is a mere 10-15 mins drive away.
