This stunning 1-bedroom apartment is immaculate and is beautifully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your holidays in Kaprun. The lounge room is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a beer or glass of wine you enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful vistas.

The fully-equipped kitchen is tucked into the corner and has everything you need to cook your meals. Just bring your food & we provide the rest. Don’t feel like cooking while you are on holiday? Apartment Alpenträume is the perfect place to base yourself to explore all the sights and adventures offered in the Kaprun/Zell am See region. With so much to do all year long- you will never be bored.

Spend your summer days exploring the amazing mountain vistas of Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe. You can choose from one of the many hiking trails – from easy to full ascents – stopping for lunch at one of the many traditional mountain Alms. Or grab some wheels and reconnect with nature by biking through the countryside. For the adventurous, there are plenty of mountain biking trails to choose from. The pristine Lake Zell is a perfect spot to enjoy sailing, swimming and water sports. The Sigmund Thun-Gorge, Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs, Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road are only a short journey from Apartment Alpenträume.

In the winter, Apartment Alpenträume will be your ‘Alpine home away from home’ where you will have access to some of the best pistes in Austria. For beginners, the Lechnerberg slope is only 350m from your front door. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes. In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 40 minutes by car.

Transport is easy- there is free parking for one car at Apartment Alpenträume. Otherwise, a Bus stop and free Ski Bus is located steps from the apartment.
