The Schaapskooi has been in our family's possession for a long time. It was originally a genuine sheepfold and was converted into a holiday cottage in the 1960s. I used to visit it as a child and later with my own children. I always find it delightful in this beautiful, tranquil environment. I now live abroad, which is why we rent it out.
It is located amidst the meadows in the rural outskirts of the Gelderse Vallei. To get there, you have to follow a dirt road and then cross a field where cows may roam! A few kilometers further in Scherpenzeel, you'll find all the necessary shops. In Barneveld, you'll find even more and larger stores. Additionally, you can enjoy wonderful walks, mountain biking, or simply relish the peace and quiet.
