House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, with earlier check-in possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin.
