The open-plan interior features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine, and a dining space suitable for relaxed meals at home. The renovated bathroom includes a modern shower, and the studio provides air conditioning, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, linens, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps. The entrance door is old, reflecting the character of the historical building, and the studio is on the ground floor with no stairs. The property uses an electric boiler, which typically requires around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated. Baby cots are available on request, and check-in is easy with a keybox. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment due to the pedestrian setting, but guests can use the public parking area at Corfu Square.

The Liston and Spianada Square are within a short stroll, while Saint Spyridon Church, the Old Fortress, and the New Fortress are all easily reachable on foot. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00, with earlier arrival possible when the studio is ready. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler for hot water, which needs about 15–20 minutes to warm up. As in all of Corfu and much of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. The studio is located on a pedestrian street with restricted vehicle access, and the keybox system offers flexible and convenient self check-in, with a personal welcome available upon request.
