Our luxurious recently modernised 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the Dubai Marina.
This Residence includes many amenities, such as 2 outdoor infinity pools with temperature control, a fully functional dual level gym overlooking the Marina, illuminated squash and paddle tennis courts and a wide array of walking distance shops and restaurants. There are many activities circulating closely outside the Marina, with golf courses, The Palm and sandy beaches together with the JBR.
6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 balconies; apartment area 162 sq m plus balcony area 21 sq m.
The apartment is in within The Residences at Marina Gate, high-end luxury residential tower.
For your convenience you will find some grocery shops, pharmacy and few restaurants just at the ground floor of the building.
This modern spacious three bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people.
Beautifully furnished living/dining area leads to the large balcony with spectacular views.
Fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need if you wish to cook. There is also a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules to enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony.
In each en-suite bedroom there is a large size double bed (king size in master bedroom and queen size in other two bedrooms), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes with mirrors, blackout curtains perfect for good nit sleep, safe box, prayer rug, hairdryer.
We provide crispy clean linens, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion.
