Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area tastefully furnished with comfortable seating arrangements, contemporary decor, and large windows that provide ample natural light and impressive views of the surrounding skyline. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet connectivity.
The kitchen in the apartment is designed with functionality and style in mind. It features modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, You will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of AED550 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
