The annexe has an open-plan living space with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a double bedroom, a bunk room, and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub for the main house, a patio for the annexe with furniture, and off-road parking for eight cars.
