This stunning townhouse is brand new and kitted out with everything youâll need for a comfortable stay and a home-from-home feel.
LOCATION:
With such a fantastic location thereâs no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot and we're only a five minute walk from Piccadilly Station.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space on our driveway and thereâs more paid parking 2 minutes walk away which is ÂŁ6.50 a day.
4 x SPACIOUS BEDROOMS:
all bedrooms have brand new comfy beds with fresh linen and towels for each guest. Thereâs also plenty of storage for those staying for longer
LIVING ROOM:
Thereâs loads to do in the city but when itâs time to relax thereâs no better place than in our living room. Sit back and relax on a sofa and enjoy live TV or complimentarily Netflix and chill. Our WIFI is 70mbps superfast fibre so youâll have no issues streaming on all your devices.
KITCHEN:
the kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâd expect in a family home including blender & cafetiĂšre. Cosy night in but donât want to cook? Order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.
UTILITY ROOM:
Youâll find an extra sink & washer / dryer machine. Weâll also leave a cot here for families
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience weâll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.
Guest Access:
Youâll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If youâd like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and weâll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
Youâll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.
