The Space:
Upon entering, you find yourself in the central corridor that immediately reflects the style and atmosphere of the entire flat.
As you make your way to the living space, you immediately notice the beautiful frontal sea view. The living space is equipped with cosy seating area with sofa and lounge chair. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area with round table is the perfect place to enjoy your meal and take in the view.

The two double bedrooms open onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the dunes.

There is a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and double sink.

Bed and bath linen are not provided, you should bring your own.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the vacation home and facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you reserve this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area.

LINEN:
Bed linen and towels kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided. This is mandatory for you to bring by yourself.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
