Lower Ground Floor
The accommodation comprises two double en-suite bedrooms, open-plan kitchen/ living area and an indoor pool (6 x 3 metres, depth 1.1m) with two sun loungers alongside. Large sliding doors provide the option of either opening up the space to the outside during the warmer months or closed at other times for privacy or warmth. This pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional charge. The lounge area is furnished with two large sofas , a coffee table and a dining table for four, all grouped around a fireplace with a large smart television above. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all the essential appliances for self-catering.This floor can be entered from within the villa but also has a separate entrance.

Ground Floor
A spacious open plan living dining/space occupies the entire floor. With full height glazing on three sides indoor /outdoor space transition is achieved superbly. The lounge area is furnished with two sumptuous large sofas, a coffee table, an extra large smart tv and a stylish dining table for 6. Glazed sliding doors offer easy access to the pool terrace
The open plan kitchen area is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and filtre coffee machine. Next to the villas entrance there is a guests cloakroom.

First Floor
The entire first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. The luxurious large double bed faces out through wall to wall full-height windows across Kalkan Bay. A balcony wraps round the room on two sides and provides the ideal location for soaking up the breath-taking panorama.
The master bedroom’s en-suite shower room is enclosed by a frosted glass screen and boasts two marble wash hand basins. A jacuzzi bath is an extra luxury located within the room.

Top Floor
The fourth bedroom is located on this floor. This is a twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room. The large roof terrace is accessed from here and again has magnificent sea views. A large romantic swing chair and a comfortable seating group provide opportunities to relax and enjoy the sun setting across the Bay.

Outdoors
The outdoor pool runs the length of the villa and is 15 x 4m in dimensions with a depth of 1.55m. Eight sun loungers, side tables, and two large parasols provide all that is needed for guests to soak up the sun whilst enjoying the views. A comfortable seating group is located under a shady pergola and an outdoor dining table and chair set for 6 provides an ideal setting for enjoying some al fresco dining.
