This first-floor, adult-only hay loft has one kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine, and for entertainment there is a HD TV with built-in FreeSat and a Netflix subscription free of charge, and WiFi. Outside, is a shared garden with patio, barbecue, and furniture, and off-road parking for one car with pay-as-you-go EV charging available in the car park. Two small/medium well behaved dogs are welcome and there is shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. The indoor heated swimming pool is available to book in advance and the sauna requires coins for use. Immersion heater that offers enough hot water for two hot baths with each cycle of 30-60 mins heat. This property allows a maximum stay of 2 weeks.
