The villa offers modern and spacious interiors with facilities designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Spread over two floors, our 200sq villa boasts two spacious terraces, a stunning swimming pool, and barbecue area, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and dining al fresco.
The ground floor boasts a contemporary, air-conditioned, open-plan space complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room, and a dining area, all with access to the ground floor terrace. Guests can take advantage of two bathrooms, one indoor and one outdoor, for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, equipped with air conditioning, each with access to the stunning terrace affording picturesque views of the Aegean Sea. You'll also find a third, large bathroom on this floor.

Hello! I'm Katerina, born and raised in beautyful Rhodes Island Greece. I'm an architect and graphic designer. We designed this beautyful villa inside and out with love and care and can't wait to meet you and give you a small taste of the so called "Greek Hospitality".

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The villa is situated atop a hill, offering not only privacy but also a stunning panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood with some private policies. Situated on the east coast of the island, it is renowned for being home to some of the most beautiful beaches, including Traounou, Ladiko, Tsampika, Lindos, and many more. Despite its privacy, it is only a 5-minute drive from Afandou Village, where you can find restaurants, bars, and basic amenities. Afandou Village is a 10-minute drive from Faliraki and a 25-minute drive from the City Center/Medieval Town and a 30' drive from Lindos, as it is conveniently situated between these captivating sights. We highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy and explore the island!
