Please enter and you will find the spacious Mediterranean bathroom with bathtub, ground-level shower and washbasin, but also a separate toilet with hand basin. The third door leads into the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. And last but not least, you are in the living/dining room. In the very well equipped open kitchen you will find everything to facilitate self-catering. The tastefully furnished living area offers many possibilities for use: an evening of games with the children or friends, a relaxing evening with your favourite programme.

The garden on the south side, bordered by hedges and a so-called "schurveling" (a nature-protected grassed sand barrier), is easily accessed via a sliding door in the living room and offers a lot of privacy. It is the perfect place to eat al fresco with the family, play games or sunbathe on a lounger. In the event of a brief downpour, everyone gathers in the covered pallet seating lounge and listens to the soothing sound of raindrops.

The quiet and separate two bedrooms upstairs guarantee well-being and restful sleep. The rooms are each furnished with a double box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm. Before you slip under the covers, treat yourself to a nightcap on the roofterrace and enjoy the view over the roofs of the Noordzeepark houses. There is also air conditioning upstairs.

Several cars can park in front of the house.

The fireplace may not be used (it is closed off).

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
