If guests want to fish they can acess the right side of the rivers by our own garden next door. They only have to ask to get the appropriate directions for access. Overall this person s comments are unfair and untrue. The pub next door is independent and we can't control their activities. Overall it us a shame that thus group could not enjoyed 1500sqf new property with a lovely garden, bbq and stunning g walks at their doorstep.
